>> Preliminary enrolment (PH-Online)

For the issue of a PH-card (your student smartcard) you will need to save a current digital photo before you start the enrolment procedure. 

Photo upload:

Maximum file size: 500KB

Recommended picture size: 204 x 270 Pixel

Acceptable file formats: jpg, gif, tif, png

Once you have completed your online preliminary enrolment you must supply the following documents by 11. September 2010 at the latest. These should all be handed in to the central office. Only then will you receive PIN CODE for your PH-ONLINE account.

Please bring the following documents with you:

(both the original and a copy) 

• School leaving certificate,
• Birth certificate,
• Proof of citizenship ....
• 2 passport photos,
• Passport or identity card
• Doctor's certificate (attestation of satisfactory health for teacher training courses)
• Immatriculation form [download]
• Registration and data form [download]
• proof of payment

Tuition fees - information: 

As is the case at all Austrian universities, no tuition fees are payable at the Private University College of Education of the Diocese of Linz, except in cases where the minimum study duration is exceeded.

Notwithstanding this fact, the payment of Students' Union membership (€ 17,00) is still obligatory.

In the field "reason for payment" you must include your social insurance number and the words "Wintersemester 2012/2013."

If your name is not identical with that of the payer, then please include your name in the "reason for payment" field, otherwise the system will not be able to identify you and you will not be able to enrol!

Informationen zum Studienbeitrag: 

Wie an allen Universitäten und öffentlichen Hochschulen muss auch an der Privaten PH der Diözese in der Regel kein Studienbeitrag entrichtet werden!
Ausnahme: Überschreitung der zulässigen Studiendauer.
Aber es ist erforderlich, die ÖH Gebühr von zur Zeit € 17,00 einzuzahlen;

eventuelle Änderungen werden noch bekannt gegeben.
