School experience - basic philosophy
School experience is where theory and practice come together. Its defining characteristics are a sense of cooperation and interdisciplinarity, which enable the student to gain a global view of school life and also an insight into the challenges of the profession.
Individual guidance allows opportunities for peronal reflection and subjective insights. The dialogue between supervisor and student enables the student to gradually come to terms with the complex demands of the teaching profession. Work in our TP teams is guided by respect for the individuality of the student, and is intended to raise awareness of students’ career perspectives.
